35.) What is dism
DISM is the Deployment Image Service and Management Tool. It is a command-line tool to repair corrupt system files without needing to reinstall Windows 10.
These instructions are directly from Mauro Huculak's article.
Use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu and select
Command Prompt (Admin).
Type the following command and press Enter:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

SFC is the System File Checker. It is perhaps a command-line tool with the ability to repair corrupt system files online and optionally offline.
(According to Aditya Tiwari, the following may do something similar:
rt mouse clicking on C drive> go to the Tools tab> hit the Error checking button )

37.) Recovery from scratch
To reset your PC and reinstall windows, do this:
Settings> click on Update and Security> click on Recovery in the left column> click on the button "Get started"

42.) Enable Fast Startup
Windows10 has Fast Startup enabled by default. On some versions of Windows10, it may not be already enabled. This is where to access it:
Settings> System> Power & Sleep> on the right side, click on "Additional power settings"> click on the left side, "Choose what the power buttons do"> at the top of the screen click next to the uac shield logo "Change settings that are currently unavailable"> now you can turn fast startup on or off by using the checkbox.
